Registration
Allows you to register your contact details and property preferences, in order to provide you with relevant information and updates on services. Registering with HomesPage UK will provide you with a username & password to enter the site in the future.

Property Search
Search our database of available properties, either by town or city, or by distance from a particular location. Students can also search by distance from their campus.

Advanced Search
This facility is available in addition to the Property Search. With this tool, you can search by number of bedrooms, rental budget, and further preferences such as Furnished or Pets allowed. You must be a registered user in order to access the Advanced Search.

Secure Email Facility
Once you become a Registered Tenant, you will have access to use this facility to exchange emails with Landlords whose properties are advertised on the site, without the need to disclose your personal email address.

Email Updates
Receive regular updates, via your specified email, on all new properties which appear on the database and match your criteria.

Electronic Portfolio
As a Registered Landlord, you can use this tool to store your property details online. These will stay on your profile even once the property has been let. So, the next time you need to advertise, you need only open the site and click on 'Submit'.

Good Practice Guide
Available for both Landlords and Tenants as a reference for the how's and why's of property letting, UK property law, and the rights and responsibilities of each party.
