Your Personal Details
Registration with the Tenants section of the site requires you to complete details on your name and contact information, as well as your property requirements. This will be used to build a profile for you within the Tenants Database, which will then be cross-referenced with property details entered by the Registered Landlord. The Registered Landlord may then contact you via the specified details, with an offer of a viewing of the property.

The contact data you supply will also be used to send you regular updates on services within your specified area of interest. Please remember that the responsibility for both the accuracy of your Personal Details, and any subsequent amendments to these details, lie solely with you the Registered user.

Email Facility
None of the data entered by you via our secure email facility will be recorded or used by HomesPage UK in any way. Although we take all possible steps to prevent any potential abuse of this facility, HomesPage UK can accept no liability for any breach of the conditions of use. Use of the 'email updates' facility requires only the inputting of your property requirements. This data will not be used for any services not specified under this policy, and will not be supplied to any other parties outside of those detailed within the policy, unless required to do so by law.

Any links provided by HomesPage UK to other websites, are not subject to this policy. Each individual site will have its own policy in place. Please read these policies carefully before entering into any dealings with the individual business or company, as HomesPage UK can accept no liability for any breach of Personal Information within third party sites. We will use information gathered from our internal Management Information Systems to report back to our commercial customers on such detail as user trends and hit-rates. This information, although gained from tracking inputs from your computer, is not of a personal nature, and will not violate any of the conditions detailed in this policy.

Storage of Personal Information
All Personal Information entered by you, including your property requirements, is stored within the secure facilities of a third party hosting company. The information is backed up whenever a change is made either to your details or to any part of the site, and master backups are carried out daily. These master tapes are subsequently held off the premises, reducing any risk of loss.
