Terms of Business

The purchase of services from HomesPage UK are, under normal circumstances, subject to an authorised payment, received from a relevant debit or credit card, before the transaction can be completed.

Individual payment terms are available however, at the discretion of HomesPage UK. For further information please contact our sales team on sales@homespageuk.com.

HomesPage UK will endeavour to make regular checks on the status of properties advertised within the site. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that you implement any changes to details and/or status within a reasonable timeframe.

1. Definition
   The following terms shall have the following meanings:
   1. “HomesPage UK”; the company which operates its business and services through the “homespageuk.com” website.
   2. “The Landlord”; a user who registers their details within the Landlord section of the site.
   3. “Commencement Date”; the date that the above user registers their details with HomesPage
   4. “Tenant Information”; details of tenants and tenants property requirements stored within the Tenants Database
   5. “Registered Tenant”; a user who registers their details within the Tenant section of the website and whose Tenant Information and property requirements are stored within the Tenants Database.
2. Registration
   
   1. The Landlord hereby registers their details with HomesPage UK.
   2. The Landlord accepts all conditions listed for the individual services of HomesPage UK.
3. Tenant Information
   
   1. The Landlord can enquire as to the Registered Tenant Information when the Registered Tenant’s property requirements match those of the Registered Landlord’s property. HomesPage UK will supply such information, via the Tenants Database, subject to clause 3.2 below.
   2. The Tenant Information supplied by HomesPage UK is restricted to that which has been entered by the Registered Tenant, therefore providing their consent. However, the ownership of this data lies solely with the Registered Tenant, and therefore HomesPage UK accept no responsibility for the accuracy of this information.
4. Secrecy
   
   1. The Tenant Information is supplied for the sole use of the Landlord. The Landlord shall not at any time during or after registration with HomesPage UK divulge or allow to be divulged to any other person any Tenant Information acquired from HomesPage UK.
   2. The Landlord shall indemnify and keep indemnified HomesPage UK from and against any and all loss, damage or liability suffered by HomesPage UK resulting from a breach of clause 4.1 above.
5. Limitation of Liability
   
   1. The Tenant Information has been supplied to the Landlord for the purposes of assessing tenant suitability. As stated in clause 3.2 above, the liability for the accuracy of this data, and any subsequent changes to this data, lies solely with the Registered Tenant.
