By using our system, you can add and remove properties at any time free of charge, The property will then appear on the Database for a period of 30 days. Should you have need to amend these details once submitted, you will be able to do so at any time and on any number of occasions. You must remove the property from the search database immediately once let, to avoid any further contact. However, should the let fail to complete and you need to re-advertise this property; you will be able to do so.

In addition to this, you will have the option to search our Tenants Database. This comprises of a list of potential tenants, registered with HomesPage UK, whose property requirements match those of your inputted property details. You can then contact the tenant directly, using the specified details, to discuss a possible let.

* If no action has been taken on a property for a period of 12 months, you will receive an email to request an update on the status of the property. If a reply is not received within 30 days, the property will be removed from the portfolio.
